The Northern Ireland executive have announced more easing to the current lockdown with one groups of six people who do not share a household being allowed to meet outdoors from tomorrow.

That is just one of the restrictions that ministers have agreed to ease as part of the first step of their recovery plan. It has be emphasised however that social distancing must be maintained.

Churches will now be able to open for private prayer while some sports, such as golf and tennis, can also begin from this week. In addition drive-in church services and drive-in cinemas will also be permitted.

This follows garden centres and recycling centres being allowed to reopen today and also fishing being allowed to recommence.

The restrictions will be kept under constant review by the executive and respective ministers.
