Two men were taken to hospital after falling from a height when the roof of a building they were working on collapsed, this newspaper understands.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) and Air Ambulance attended the incident which occurred at a farm on the Salloon Road, Ballinamallard on Friday, May 15.
A spokeswoman for the NIAS stated: “The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 5.01pm on Friday, May 15 following reports of an incident at Salloon Road, Ballinamallard.
“NIAS despatched two Emergency crew, one Officer and one Rapid Response Paramedic to the scene. The Charity Air Ambulance with HEMS crew on board were also tasked to the incident.
“Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was airlifted to the South West Acute Hospital while another patient was taken to the South West Acute Hospital by ambulance.”
