Firefighters rescued a woman from a vehicle which was "off the road on its roof" following a collision on the Belfast Road, Enniskillen this afternoon. The vehicle had two other passengers, a 13-year-old female and a one year old child, who were out of the vehicle by the time the Firefighters arrived at the scene.

Two Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) appliances from Enniskillen Fire Station and two from Lisnaskea Fire Station attended the incident which occurred around 3.04pm this afternoon (August 3).

An NIFRS spokesman said: "Firefighters were called to a one vehicle road traffic collision. When Firefighters arrived the vehicle was off the road and on its roof. Firefighters rescued a female casualty from the vehicle."

A 13-year-old female and a one year old child were out of the vehicle when firefighters arrived at the scene.

"All were transferred to the care of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

"The incident was dealt with by 3.28pm," the NIFRS spokesman concluded.
