114 kilogrammes of drugs have been destroyed by the PSNI. The drugs had been collected from the streets of the Fermanagh and Omagh District over a two-year period.

Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson from Fermanagh and Omagh PSNI said: “Last week District Support Team facilitated the destruction of all exhibits which included Class A, B and C drugs totalling 114 kilogrammes.”

“The photo shows the number of drugs taken off your streets over the past two years. This has been a joint effort by all officers in G District from Local Policing Teams to Detectives. A lot of the time we rely on the information you provide and without that, a lot of these drugs may have destroyed many lives.”
