ONE postcode in Fermanagh has not had any positive cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.
The BT93 postcode area – that covers Kesh, Garrison, Belleek and many other small settlements – has had no positive cases of the coronavirus in the past seven days, from March 8-14.
Seven people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours in the Fermanagh and Omagh district by the Department of Health.
There are now a total of 5,643 people in the district who have been infected by the virus; in the same 24-hour period, there were 121 Covid-19 cases recorded across Northern Ireland (NI).
Over the weekend, there were 10 additional cases recorded in Fermanagh and Omagh.
The Council district continues to have a low seven-day rate of positive Covid cases. There were 44 such cases recorded in the past week.
The number has risen by two, week-on-week, with there being a seven-day rate of 37.7 per 100,000 people, compared to the previous rate of 34.2 per 100,000 people.
Some 44 people tested positive in the past week; six were aged 19 and under; 19 were aged between 20 and 39; 16 were between 40 and 59; three were between 60 and 79, with zero aged 80 and over.
From March 1-8, postal districts in Fermanagh recorded low Covid-positive cases, with BT92 having four ; BT74 seeing four; BT94 seeing one; and BT93 recording zero cases of Covid-19 in the past seven days.
According to the latest data, there are 41 Covid-19 in-patients across the Western Trust, while across all hospitals in NI, there are 182 such in-patients.
There are 12 Covid-19 in-patients in the South West Acute Hospital (SWAH). There are no Covid-19 patients being treated in ICU in the SWAH.
There are 22 Covid-19 ICU patients across NI; 16 of whom are ventilated.
The data shows that there were no recent deaths recorded in Fermanagh and Omagh, with the last Covid-related death in the district recorded on February 20, which brought the district death toll to 83.
Across NI, the death toll stands at 2,099 people; there was one death recorded in the last 24 hours by the Department of Health.
