20 year old to face drug and motoring charges
A COUNTY Cavan man is to face drug and motoring charges.
Jordan Kinsella (20), with an address of Bothar Glas, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan, is charged with using a motor vehicle without insurance, no driving licence, two counts of having a defective tyre, and possessing a Class B Controlled Drug, namely cannabis.
He also faces a further charge of possession of fireworks without a licence.
The charges relate to an incident on the Derrylin Road, Bellanaleck on March 5.
A police officer under oath told Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday they could connect the accused to the charges.
The case was adjourned to be heard again on April 19
