The Gardiners Cross Road, Maguiresbridge is currently closed due to a road traffic collision.
One vehicle was involved in the collision which took place just before 4.30pm this afternoon (Wednesday).
It is understood one person was taken to hospital.
A PSNI spokesman stated police are currently at the scene and that the road is currently closed with diversions in beleived.
