CHIEF Inspector Rory Hoy has been awarded an MBE by Her Majesty for his service to the PSNI.
Chief Inspector Hoy, who was unavailable for interview, has been a police officer for 27 years, building up a distinguished career.
During this time he has worked tirelessly within the Fermanagh area, building public confidence and trust within the local community.
Chief Inspector Hoy is also regarded as a maritime policing specialist and was instrumental in the delivery of maritime policing for the G8 Summit in Fermanagh in 2013.
