There was great sadness in Enniskillen yesterday (Wednesday, June 30) as Laoise Nolan’s funeral procession brought the young woman’s remains on her final journey.

The 22-year-old died as a result of a road traffic accident on Saturday morning in Co. Cavan.

Laoise was a daughter to Deidre and Shane, and a sister to Cara, Erin, Kyla, Jackson and Matthew.

One of many tributes on social media to the “spirited young lady” came from Laoise’s former school, Erne Integrated College, which said: “We remember Laoise as a spirited young lady with a twinkle in her eye and a lust for life.
