REPRESENTATIONS have been made on behalf of a Tempo man accused of failing to comply with the conditions of a Firearm Certificate last year.

It is alleged Alex Cox (37), from Feddan Road, failed to keep a firearm secured in a locked cabinet at a specified address on November 30, 2020.

A defence solicitor informed Enniskillen Magistrates Court he had written to the prosecution and a response is due imminently.

Deputy District Judge Greg McCourt adjourned the case until August 2, when an update is expected on how the case is to proceed.
