A Belleek man has been returned for trial to face two firearms charges.
Connor McHugh (33), with an address of Meenatully Road, Belleek, is charged with possession of a firearm without a certificate, namely an air rifle, and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The charges relate to an incident on February 9.
A Public Prosecution Service representative told the court there was a case to answer for McHugh, which Deputy District Judge Greg McCourt agreed with.
McHugh did not wish to give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements during the hearing.
Released on bail of £500, McHugh is due to appear at Dungannon Crown Court on September 30 for arraignment.
