There was a bewitching mood in the air in the Diamond, Enniskillen at the weekend as part of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s programme of Hallowe’en events, which saw live entertainment in Enniskillen and Omagh laid on to help create a spook-tacular time for everyone.

The fun ‘Hallowe’en on the High Street’ events – featuring a range of live music and entertainment – was just part of the way that the Council helped to celebrate the season, with a wide range of activities laid on across the county.

Florence Court was also putting on some horribly good entertainment for visitors, with a Scarecrow Fest showcasing the creative talents of local people, with a wide range of their home-made scarecrows welcoming people to the historic landmark site.

Finally, there were plenty of celebrations on the ground (and noisily and colourfully in the air) as St. Patrick’s GFC Donagh marked its 50th anniversary in style, with fireworks thrilling people of all ages as they celebrated the milestone event. The impressive fireworks were a terrific way to help round off an upbeat Hallowe’en across the county.
