The Irvinestown Road, Enniskillen between the South West Acute Hospital and Cherrymount roundabout is currently closed due to a fallen tree blocking the road.
Police are advising motorists to seek an alternative route.
Elsewhere in Fermanagh the Stragowna Road at Kinawley has been closed due to fallen trees between the Drumroosk Road and the Corrameen Road.
Motorists are advised to find an alternative route for their journey.
