The pupils of Enniskillen Model School have been working hard on their fundraising endeavours with a grand total of £470 raised for Action Mental Health.
Principal Mr. Winston Glass said: "This past year the school has heightened its focus by endeavouring to support various charities, notably in light of the impact Covid-19 has had on all sectors in the community. Following recent performances by the P1, P2 and P4 children, as well as a school the school's choir, £470 was raised for Action Mental Health."
" Rosie Maguire who supports an Action Mental Health programme throughout the school recieved a cheque from pupils in P4, after a recent visit to a school assembly."
The school has also recently donated £600 to the local St. Vincent de Paul branch and is currently in receipt of a 'Kindness Box' which will act as a focus for an intergenerational link with the County Care Home in the months ahead.
