A man facing a fraud by false representation charge has been returned to appear at Dungannon Crown Court.
Ryan Michael Breen (34), with an address of Foxhill Close, Enniskillen, is facing the single charge in relation to an incident between May and November, 2019, when he allegedly obtained a hire purchase agreement with the intention, by making the representation, to make a gain for himself or another, or to cause loss to Advantage Finance Limited, or to expose Advantage Finance Limited to a risk of loss.
At the brief hearing in Enniskillen Magistrates Court, a prosecution representative told the course there was a case for Breen to answer, with District Judge Steven Keown agreeing.
Breen did not wish to say anything, give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements at Monday’s hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again on April 26 at Dungannon Crown Court.
