Live, LIVE, Love (pronounced: Live-Lyve-Love) is the new live album from Clara Rose and her band plus special guests.

After a hiatus from performing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, she is now bringing the album back to where it belongs: the live stage, with a special show at the Ardhowen Theatre Gallery Bar as part of the album tour.

The album was recorded over two shows in Arthur’s Blues and Jazz Club (Dublin) and The Garage Theatre (Monaghan) in the spring of 2020.

With the help of funding from the Music Industry Stimulus Package, from First Music Contact Clara brought the raw sound files to Les Keye in Arad Studios, Dublin, and then worked to produce this album.

You can see the video for the album single, ‘Throw the Dice’, on the Clara Rose channel on YouTube, featuring footage from the live shows.

Clara Rose is an unsigned artist and a stalwart of the Irish Blues music scene, having toured nationwide promoting her acclaimed, original, independent album releases.

Whether performing solo or with her band, she has played headline shows at all the major Blues festivals, including Harvest Time Blues in Monaghan, Danny Boy Jazz and Blues in Limavady, and Blues on the Bay in Warrenpoint.

Blues and Rock artist Clara Rose will perform her new album Live, LIVE, Love at the Ardhowen Theatre Gallery Bar on June 11.

Her releases, to date, include, A Portfolio (2010), EP Queen of the Late Night Radio (2012), The Offering (2018), and Travelling Soul (2020).

Her voice has been described as sounding like “an opera star running through her scales” (Eamon Carr, In Dublin Magazine), and yet her music is steeped in Blues, Roots, Contemporary Folk and a whole lot of Soul.

Clara Rose is also one of the Ladies In The Blues vocalists, a hit show that plays theatre tours across Ireland and which made waves with their set at Glastonbury in 2019.

The acclaimed songwriter, Chris Smither, said of Clara Rose: “The job of a support act is to warm up the crowd – Clara Rose left them smokin’ hot.”

As part of this album tour, The Clara Rose Band will perform in The Gallery Bar, Ardhowen Theatre on Saturday, June 11 at 9pm.

With her strong Fermanagh family roots, Clara Rose is looking forward to playing this show featuring all aspects of her music, along with some special guests, while feeling right at home on the shores of Lough Erne.
