A man alleged to have caused damage to Enniskillen Library has been returned to the Crown Court.
Wiktor Kalinowski (22), with an address of Ashfield Gardens, Fintona, is charged with burglary of the library from which he is alleged to have stolen a plant pot, computer monitor, keyboard, hard drive and speaker system on November 13, 2021.
He is also charged with burglary with intent to cause unlawful damage and criminal damage to an interior glass panel, flatscreen TV and electronic check-in systems.
A Public Prosecution Service representative told the court there was a Prima Facie case for Kalinowski to answer, with District Judge Steven Keown agreeing.
Brief hearing
During the brief hearing at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, Kalinowski did not want to give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on June 28.
