Enniskillen Model Primary School celebrated The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Wednesday, June 1 with a number of eco-friendly activities echoing the many eco-focused official celebrations like the ‘Superbloom event’, and the Green canopy, which the school was recently involved in.
The children created their own piece of bunting from recycled materials and the fete games also featured recycled materials. Every child received their own packet of wildflowers to be involved in the school’s own ‘Superbloom’ event.
During the day the children watched The Royal Dragoons and Erne Highlanders perform as well as enjoying a whole school outdoor picnic.
