'Horseplay' in a shop in Tempo has led to a man's conviction for disorderly behaviour.
Fergal Patrick McLaughlin (35), with an address of Clontarf Heights, Omagh, and two other males entered McKeagney's Spar, Tempo on April 19.
One of the males in the off-licence area of the shop appeared to be under the influence of drink or drugs.
CCTV footage showed them fighting amongst each other and falling into shop furniture, with staff phoning for police.
McLaughlin was identified on CCTV footage during the incident.
His solicitor, Michael Fahy, told Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday that it was "horseplay" between three males who were extremely intoxicated and acting a "complete nuisance".
He said it was not desirable behaviour, but there was no malice in it either.
For disorderly behaviour, McLaughlin was fined £250.
