This Friday evening, August 19, will see hundreds of vintage vehicles of various makes and models travel through the streets of Enniskillen as the Vintage Parade returns to the town for its first major run since before the pandemic.

The organisers – Erne Vintage Car Club – are looking forward to bringing the popular charity run back in full on Friday, and are expecting a good turn-out of vintage cars and tractors.

The vintage vehicles will assemble at the railway car park, Enniskillen, with older cars leading the parade from 7.30pm.

The parade route will take the vehicles through the town, travelling down Forthill Street and on to Belmore Street.

It will proceed up through the main street of the town, then continuing the wrong way down Darling Street and Queen Street towards the Queen Elizabeth Road, before returning to the railway car park via Belmore Street and Forthill Street.

This year’s Enniskillen Vintage Parade is in aid of Fermanagh BrightStarz – a community group which aims to improve the lives of people with a learning/physical disability.
