A man and two women facing blackmail charges have had their case sent to the Crown Court.
Samantha Morrison (20), with an address of the Barnabas Centre, Darling Street, Enniskillen, is facing 11 blackmail charges against one individual.
The alleged incidents date between February 1, 2020 and May 10, 2020, Enniskillen Magistrates Court heard on Monday.
Christopher Murray (29), of Ashfield Gardens, Fintona is facing 12 blackmail charges against the same individual, also between the same dates.
Sophie Stephens (22), with an address of Donegall Avenue, Belfast, faces a single count of blackmail on a date between April 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020, again against the same individual.
A prosecution representative told the court the three defendants had a case to answer, with District Judge Steven Keown agreeing.
None of the defendants wished to say anything, offer evidence, call witnesses or tender statements during the hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on September 27.
