House prices in Wiltshire have gone up by an average of over £2,000 in the month of July, according to figures from the Land Registry.
The latest data from the government department reveals that in July 2022 average house prices in Wiltshire reached £332,263.
This was up from £329,952 in June, representing a 0.7 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 12.2 per cent.

- Semi-detached houses - Up to £325,352 from £322,407 in June
- Terraced houses - Up to £259,165 from £257,147 in June
- Flats - Up to £159,107 from £158,215 in June
