A man has been returned to the Crown Court to face two charges of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.

Florian Majcher (50), with an address of Lettergreen Road, Donagh appeared via video link from Maghaberry Prison.

The charges relate to an incident on December 6, 2021 in which three men were hospitalised for treatment of stab wounds.

Initially three men were charged with attempted murder, however, Majcher is now the only person facing any charges. 

No objection

Defence had no objection to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.

The prosecution told Enniskillen Magistrates Court, Majcher had a case to answer which District Judge Steven Keown agreed with.

Majcher did not wish to say anything in relation to the charges or call witnesses or tender any statements during the hearing.

He was remanded in Maghaberry Prison to appear at Dungannon Crown Court on November 8.
