A defibrillator dedicated to the memory of a local man's loved ones has been installed in County Fermanagh.
Cecil Smith sponsored the defibrillator in memory of his partner, May; his son, Christopher Smith; and May's grandson, Christopher Bowes; who all died following a cardiac event.
The defibrillator has been installed on the edge of Lough Erne at Dixon's Marina as part of a programme by the Lough Erne branch of the Inland Waterways Association.
This was the first of a programme undertaken by the association's Lough Erne branch to provide lifesaving defibrillators in key sites around the Upper and Lower Lough Erne.
This plan has support from individuals as well as from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
