Fermanagh manager Kieran Donnelly felt his side made too many basic mistakes as they lost out by a point to Offaly in Tullamore.
The game appeared to be heading to a draw but Offaly substitute Cian Farrell popped over the winner with the last kick of the game to seal a 1-9 to 1-8 win for the home side.
