A man facing a single charge of rape has been returned to the Crown Court for arraignment.
Daniel Rayninski (33), with an address of Derrylin Road, Kinawley, is charged with rape between dates 2021.
A Public Prosecution Service representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday there was a prima facie case for Rayninski to answer.
District Judge Alana McSorley said she was satisfied this was the case.
Rayninski did not wish to say anything in answer to the charge or give a written statement of evidence during the short hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on May 16.
