A strong family focus was at the heart of Christmas festivities in Lisnaskea last weekend when young and old alike gathered to help welcome the switching on of the town’s pretty Christmas lights.
An afternoon of entertainment had been arranged to help while away the hours in entertaining style, all leading up to the highlight of the special day – the official turning on of the lights.
Santa Claus took time out from his busy schedule to visit and help Paddy Treacy turn on the lights, with some live music and entertainment in the heart of the town adding to the atmosphere.
Santa, his elves, and most of all, the community itself helped to ensure that Lisnaskea had a very enjoyable start of the festive season in the friendly town.
