Local author David McCann enjoyed signing copies of his book, 'A Boy Called Yank' in Waterstones, Enniskillen on Saturday, December 2.
'A Boy Called Yank' is Mr. McCann's third novel and follows the story of an unlikely friendship between an American solider stationed in Enniskillen and a young boy growing up in the town during World War II.
It is hoped by Mr. McCann and his publishers that as well as an interest for a local audience here in Enniskillen, that ‘A Boy Called Yank’ may pick up an American audience when it is released in the USA.
The book is published by Foreshore Publishing, and is available to purchase in Waterstones, Enniskillen.
