A pedestrian has died this evening in County Fermanagh following a crash in the Border village of Belleek.
It is understood that the crash occurred earlier this evening around 8pm in the village centre near the entrance of Daly Park and close to St. Patrick's Church.
SDLP Councillor Adam Gannon expressed his shock and sadness following the accident, he said: "I'm very saddened to hear about the road traffic collision in Belleek. The loss of a life is always incredibly sad and my thoughts are with the family and all those affected."
The road remains closed and the village is sealed off with diversions in place via Roscor Bridge Road.
