"MY mum was the love of my life," Valentina Fernandes Amorim says, holding a photograph of her late mother, Valeria. "She was the best mum I could ask for."
In the photograph, happy times; her mum and dad, smiling on their wedding day. At just 9-years-old, the grief is incomprehensible.
The news of Valeria Vieira Amorim's tragic passing on Monday night has numbed her family and the community alike.

Aged only 28, Valeria died at the scene following a road traffic collision, involving a car and two other pedestrians in her hometown of Belleek.
She was six months pregnant and expecting a baby girl, whom she was going to name Chloe.
"She was an incredible person, she was very loved," said mum, Wanda Pereira Amorim, speaking from the living room of her late daughter's home.
As she spoke, Valeria's brothers and extended family gathered around, a sense of grief and devastation heavy in the air.
"She was a kind person, and nothing ever bothered her," Wanda continued. "She was always quiet in her own way. She always looked after her daughter, Valentina. She was a 24/7 mum."
Originally from Brazil, Valeria had moved to Northern Ireland in 2019.
After living in Garrison for two years, she made Belleek her home.
Valeria  "loved life" in the locality, and before long her mother also moved to Northern Ireland to be closer to her. Their bond was unbreakable.
"She was always happy, and she was an incredibly loved character," Wanda continued, holding a photo of her late daughter as she remembers her - smiling and loving life.
"She was beautiful, she always liked to look good," Wanda added, fondly recalling her daughter's endearing impact.
Also in the family living room was Valeria's husband, Marcelo Fernandes De Morais.
The couple were married for ten years, and had made a life for themselves in Belleek.
"I loved her so much," Marcelo said, looking at his wedding photo. "She was my everything."
Describing his late wife as a "wonderful, caring person", Marcelo added that she also had a love of sport and fitness.
"She loved her sports, she loved to go to the gym, and she loved football. She was always in her gym clothes," he added.
Marcelo added that he was "devastated" and is "still in shock".
Funeral details have yet to be released, but it is understood that Valeria will be laid to rest locally.
"This was the place she loved the most," said heartbroken family friend, Reijane Guimarae. "This was where she had her family. Her life was here."

Following the harrowing incident, the  Belleek community has been shrouded in a cloud of grief.

Former SDLP councillor, Tommy Gallagher, who lives near the scene of the incident,  said that "sadness is being felt everywhere."

"My thoughts are with anybody caught up in this, and to the immediate family who have lost a member," Mr. Gallagher said. "There is sorrow for the circumstances they find themselves in far from their homes in Brazil.

"I was speaking to people around the town this morning (Tuesday), and there is great support for the family of the deceased. People are doing everything they can to bring some consolation to them.

"I commend the local people who were first at the scene, who did everything possible to give comfort and assistance. Paramedics and the PSNI are also to be commended."

Sinn  Féin MLA, Jemma Dolan, extended her condolences to the family of Valeria Amorim.

"Tragic news coming from Belleek following the accident on Monday," she said. "My thoughts are with the family and friends suffering heartbreak."
