POLICE have said they will not comment on the reason why a police helicopter was seen over the Belcoo area this afternoon (Friday).
The PSNI helicopter was seen circling the Border area earlier today, sparking questions amongst residents.
While the PSNI said they don't comment on "the specifics" of the Air Support Unit.
"Generally, we do not comment on the specifics around the use of our Air Support Unit for operational reasons," a spokesperson said.
"However, the public can be assured that we are able to deploy a number of different resources in certain situations to keep people safe."
