A FERMANAGH man is facing multiple charges relating to the alleged making and possessing of indecent child images with some counts dating back over six years.
Jason Brown (21) from Corratistune Road is accused of 25 charges comprising 15 counts of making indecent images of a child, four of possessing prohibited images of child and three counts each of possessing extreme pornographic images and possessing indecent images.
Offending is alleged to have occurred on dates between April 2018 and June 2022.
The case was listed before Enniskillen Magistrates Court for a committal hearing to transfer for trial however a defence barrister requested an adjournment in order to discuss the process with the defendant.
District Judge Alana McSorley agreed and listed the committal for hearing on April 22, when it is expected Brown will be returned for trial to crown court.
