THE case of an Enniskillen woman who is facing charges of assaulting a police officer and drink driving has been adjourned until next month.
Nichola Gallagher (43) of The Limes, Enniskillen, did not appear at a hearing of Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, May 20.
Gallagher is facing a charge of drink driving in the vicinity of Ashwoods Road, Enniskillen, on April 9 of this year.
She is also accused of assaulting a male police constable on the same date.
At the short hearing on Monday, Barrister, Steffan Rafferty, asked if the case could be adjourned.
District Judge, Alana McSorley, ordered that the case is heard again at Enniskillen courthouse on Wednesday, June 5.
