Enniskillen RNLI assisted six people during two separate callouts on Lower Lough Erne within 24 hours.
The volunteer crew launched its inshore lifeboat, the John and Jean Lewis, on Tuesday, October 6, and Wednesday, October 7, after two vessels experienced mechanical difficulties.
At 1.35pm on Tuesday, the crew was tasked by Belfast Coastguard to assist a fishing boat experiencing mechanical problems.
The two people on board were assessed and transferred to the lifeboat. A crew member then helped with the recovery before the vessel was towed to Trory public jetty, where members of the Lough Erne Coastguard Team were waiting.

At 5pm the following day, the lifeboat was launched again after a boat experienced engine problems near Muckross.
The crew located the vessel and found all four people on board safe and well. Following an assessment, the crew decided to tow the boat to a safe location.
Kane Howe, volunteer lifeboat helm at Enniskillen RNLI, urged boat users to plan their journeys in advance and consult relevant navigational charts.
Fellow volunteer lifeboat helm Rory Hoy advised boat users to carry a means of calling for assistance and ensure there were lifejackets for everyone on board.
