Dear Madam, - In relation to your feature in last week’s edition, I wish to thank you for covering the story of Dylan Smith’s illness so well.
It made tough reading when put on paper! I also just want to thank those people who helped Dylan through his treatment this summer. Dr Jackson / Dr McCarthy and their teams and especially the WHSS Community Paediatric Nursing Team for the house visits. Martina was one in a million. Also to friends, family, work colleagues, neighbours, N.I Cancer Fund for Children and CLIC Sargent. All of whom we got support from and whom we will be eternally grateful. Dylan has really appreciated all your good wishes and prayers. Thanks again.
