Ballinamallard United manager Gavin Dykes has made his second signing of the summer with the addition of Blaine Burns from Dergview.
Defensive midfielder Burns has been an important player for the Castlederg outfit and Dykes is pleased to have him on board for the forthcoming season.
“I been watching him for a while and he is a strong and athletic player.
“He was keen to make the step up and we are pleased to have got him,” said the Mallards boss.
Dykes has been frustrated in his efforts to add to his squad but Burns is set to join Richard Clarke in signing for the Ferney Park side and the manager is keen to further strengthen his hand.
It is understood that Dykes has spoken to centre half Paul Finnegan who has been released by Cliftonville while he also hopes to bring in a right sided attacker on loan.
