Enniskillen Rangers 1 Bessbrook United 3
Enniskillen Rangers reign as Junior Cup champions came to an end at the semi-final stage against Bessbrook United in Loughgall tonight.
Michael Kerr's side had been seeking a third successive Junior title but it was Bessbrook who took their chances on the night to progress to the final.
Bessbrook took the lead after 20 minutes through Ryan O'Hare who fired home after defensive uncertainty and they went on to double their advantage as Conor Giles slotted home.
However, Rangers got back into the game before the interval when Willie Burleigh slid home at the back post while Conor Watson fired over on the stroke of half time as Bessbrook went in at the break with a 2-1 lead.
Rangers went on to dominate after the break but they could not find an equaliser and with 13 minutes to go Bessbrook struck for a third against the run of play with Declan Monaghan producing a superb finish to wrap up a 3-1 win.
