Declan McCusker's fortuitous first half goal helped the Ernemen into a 1-7 to 0-4 half time lead and Sean Cassidy added a second goal eight minutes from time to wrap up the points.
The win leaves Fermanagh sitting on three points from their opening two games following their draw against Meath last week.
