The Enniskillen 10k takes place in less than four week’s time on Saturday, June 15 at 9.30am.

The run begins at Castle Coole and then down through the town before reaching the National Trust Castle Coole Estate and back.

There have been some changes made to the route but it will still include the popular Ardhowen Hills along the way.

The first 1,500 finishers of the 10k will receive a unique medal and t-shirt to mark their run with some tangible memories.

The Enniskillen 10K organisers are encouraging all members to book in advance with their popular Spooktacular run selling out before the event.

The run is open to all types of entries including runners, walkers, over 15s and more, with sponsorship provided by Modern Tyres and others.

A number of different charities have been represented at the run in recent years and everyone intending to do so must inform the Enniskillen club beforehand as they will decide on several different charities to donate to after the event.

The club said: “We are thrilled that Team Kerr are coming along to our event, they  have recently completed the London Marathon with son Aaron, they have completed over 50 marathons and hundreds of races, it’s exciting to have them join us in Enniskillen.”
