BREADON - Thomas, 6th September 2016. We, the family of the late Thomas , would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who sympathised with us on the passing of our daddy. Thanks are extended to those who called at his home, telephoned, brought gifts, sent cards and donations, helped at the wake and attended the Funeral. Sincere thanks go to Doctors Elliott and Boyd and Staff at The Valley Medical Practice, to James and Staff at The Valley Pharmacy and to the Domiciliary Carers. Special thanks to the Oncology Teams at both Altnagelvin and Belfast City Hospitals, where daddy received his treatments. To all at S.W.A.H who looked after him, with a heartfelt thanks to Ward 3, Coronary Care and the Palliative Care Team. We are eternally grateful for the care dad received in his last days. Thanks to Dean Hall and Rev. Armstrong for their regular visits and to Rev. Olivia Downey, who went above and beyond the call of duty, a very special thank-you, for your guidance and presence at the hospital, also you compassionate words of comfort during the wake and for your sentimental and personal Funeral service. Thanks again are extended to the organist, caretaker and grave diggers. Our gratefulness goes to the Valley Hotel and Edfield Restaurant for providing refreshments, to Roy Malone for marquee hire, to Fardross Band and Lodge for use of chairs and to R.B.L for the use of the hall. Once again a very special thanks to all at S.R.Elliott and Sons for their help and guidance and their professional and dignified manner in conducting dad’s Funeral. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. Very dearly missed by his children Barbara, Moreen, Mildred, Norman, John, Joyce, Irwin and William.
