MC MANUS Edward (Joe) Died 1st May 2017 R.I.P. The family of the late Joe McManus of Drumbeggan, Monea wish to express sincere gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with us in our recent sad loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who travelled from near and far to attend the Wake and Funeral. The practical support received from neighbours and friends who helped in so many ways at the Wake will not be forgotten. Thanks to those who sent messages of sympathy and attended the funeral. A special thanks to Fr Jimmy McPhillips and Fr Brian D'arcy for their pastoral visits to Joe and for celebrating the Requiem Mass. Our sincere thanks to Frs Brian and James O'Kane for concelebrating the Funeral Service and to the grave-diggers Michael and Peter Cassidy. We wish to thank all those who participated in the Mass: Ann McCaughey and Louise Leonard for the beautiful music; the Sacristan and Altar Servers. We thank Leanne McGovern, Funeral Director and Pat Meehan who carried out the Funeral arrangements in a caring and dignified manner. We are most grateful to the committee at Derrygonnelly Community Centre for providing refreshments after the Funeral. We wish to convey our sincere thanks to the staff at Ash Villa, Omagh and the staff of the Graan Nursing Home, especially those in the Primrose Suite who cared for Joe. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. Joe's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 3rd June at 7pm in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Monea.
