CALLAGHAN Patrick (Packie) Knocknastacken Died 1st June 2017 Aged 87 years Rest In Peace The Wife, Daughter, Son and Granddaughter of the late Patrick (Packie) Callaghan, wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends and neighbours who visited our Home, attended the Wake, Service and Burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, sent texts, travelled long distances, sent cards and messages of condolences, we are truly grateful. A special word of thanks to the Paramedics, the Medical Staff at the South West Acute Hospital, the Doctors at Maple Group Practice, Tempo District Nurses and Fivemiletown Pharmacy who attended and treated Packie with dignity; to Enable Care Services for their kindness and respect shown at all times; to all those who participated in the Mass, especially Fr. John Halton, the Readers, the Eucharistic Minister and the Soloist; and finally John McKeegan Funeral Undertaker, for his sensitive and professional handling of arrangements. Thank you to the Grave Diggers who dug the Grave and prepared Packie's final resting place with care; to those who managed the flow of traffic during the Funeral and to St Mary's Community Centre for the food, refreshments and hospitality. To those who helped in any way your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, pleaase accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. Packie's Month's Mind Mass will take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tempo at 11.00am on Sunday 2nd July 2017.
