WILSON The family of the late Ernest Humes (Ernie) who passed away 2nd May, 2017, would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. To all the staff of the County Care Home we would like to express our sincere thanks for the care given to Ernie and kindness shown to him and his family over the eight years he was there. Thanks also to all who called at the houses, attended the funeral, sent sympathy cards and brought gifts. Thank you to Archdeacon Brian Harper, Canon Robert Riddle and Sue Hogg fo their pastoral care and to Canon David Skuce for his care and conducting the funeral service. Thanks to the Gravediggers, Organist, Pall Bearers, Church Wardens and ladies of the parish for their help at the funeral and tea. To Austen Stinson for the dignified and professional manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. Aghnaskew and Attybarn.
