SWEENEY Susan 26 Lack Road, Forthill, Irvinestown 1st July 2018 We the family of the late Susan Sweeney , husband Levinus, son Desmond, daughters Patricia, Paula, Claire, sons-in-law, grandchildren and family circle, would like to express appreciation to all those who sympathised with them in so many ways during their recent bereavement. We extend our deepest gratitude to our family, friends and neighbours who called at our homes, attended the funeral, sent messages, cards and flowers. A special word of thanks to Canon Michael Mc Gourty P.P for his visits and support to Susan during the last few months. To Fr. Noel Mc Gahan for his comforting words and memories both in our home and in the celebration of Susan's Funeral Mass. Thanks to all who participated in Susan's Funeral Mass. A special word of thanks to Susan's long term carer and devoted friend Eileen Grainger, who provided such support, comfort and friendship during her years with her. We would also like to thank her friends Maggie, Mairead and Nigel whose visits were much appreciated, looked forward to and were of great support to Susan and her family. To the staff of Trillick Surgery and Dr. Paul Reilly for his care of and attendance to Susan. To the District Nursing Team, Care Management Team of Irvinestown Health Centre and the Rapid Response Team for their continuous care. Thanks also to her good friend Brendan Lilley and the staff of the Medical Hall for support throughout the years. To the management and carers of Care Plus and North West Home Care agencies for their care of Susan over the last number of months.To Claude Mc Kervey Funeral Director and Patsy Dolan for carrying out the arrangements in a highly professional and dignified manner and the personal support he provided at this time. Thanks also to the grave digger John Noble for the high standard of preparation and finishing of Susan's final resting place.Thank you to all those who brought food and refreshments to our home during the time of our bereavement. We also wish to thank the Staff of the Mahon's Hotel for providing the refreshments after the Funeral Mass. As it's impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. Susan's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 4th August in the Sacred Heart Church Irvinestown at 7pm.
