SMITH Oliver We the family of the late Oliver Smith would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through Oliver's illness and death. We are grateful to our extended families, good friends and neighbours and members of the community who helped us during this sad time. Many thanks to all who attended the wake, funeral and sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, left messages online and sent flowers. A special word of thanks to Peadar, Conor and all the Staff in Derrylin Chemist, to the Doctors and Staff in Derrylin Surgery, also to the Doctors, Nurses and Consultants in the S.W.A.H. for the care they took of Oliver on his many visits there. Thanks also to the Staff in the Cardiac Unit and Palliative Care Team for all their help during Oliver's last hours. Thanks also to Dr. Rafferty and all the Staff at the Gastroenteritis Clinic in the City Hospital in Belfast. Thanks to St. Aidan's High School and Encirc, and to Derrylin O'Connell Footballers for their guard of honour at the Chapel, also to Enniskillen Athletic F.C. for their minutes silence at their match. Thanks to McDaid's Centra, Derrylin for their lovely sandwiches, also thanks to Paddy and all his Staff in Blake's of Derrylin for the grand refreshments after the funeral. Thanks to Brenda Hicks and Eugene Dolan for their beautiful singing at Oliver's Mass. Thanks to Ashwoods Nursery for their lovely flower arrangement. Thanks to Fr. Murray for visiting Oliver at home and in the hospital, also thanks to Fr. Alwill for calling to the house regularly, and for giving Oliver the Last Rites shortly before he died and for the lovely sermon he preached at Oliver's Mass. Thanks to Pat Blake for the dignified way in which he carried out the funeral arrangements and for all his help. If I have forgotten to mention anyone who helped in any way I apologise and a big thank you to all. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. ________ Oliver's Month's Mind Mass will be held in Derrylin at 7pm on Saturday the 11th May.
