THE prestigious Margaret Wilson awards which celebrate the great and the good in the Irvinestown community returned at the weekend, with local volunteer Marian Faris scooping the top prize.
The ceremony, now in its 13th year, highlights the spirit of volunteering locally; a lasting tribute to the late Margaret Wilson and her vision of community partnership.
This year's winner was announced at a celebration dinner in Mahon's Hotel, with Margaret's daughters Sarah and Victoria in attendance and special guest, Dr Eddie Rooney, chief executive officer of the Public Health Agency for Northern Ireland.
Impartial TV was there to catch all the action - watch the video by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
