A well-known, “friendly” and “bubbly” woman who spent a lot of time in Fermanagh died unexpectedly this week.

Sarah Cleary, 39, who was originally from Belfast but had worked locally in recent years, was found dead on Monday morning in her Lisnaskea home after she failed to show up for work in Lisburn.

Described by her Fermanagh friends as “a bright, bubbly person” with a “big personality”, Ms. Cleary had moved to the county a number of years ago with her then husband.

She had worked for The Bank of Ireland in Enniskillen and Lisnaskea and as a senior team leader in Quinn Insurance. She had recently moved back to Belfast but often spent her weekends in her Lisnaskea home.

It is understood that she had been out for dinner with friends in Fermanagh on Thursday evening but was not found until Monday morning.

Her grieving friends have paid tribute, describing Ms. Cleary as “someone who could be called upon at any time of day and would be there in a flash to lend a helping hand.”

One friend said: “She was very friendly and very well known and well liked. She was interested in arts and crafts.”

Another friend added: “She was a bright bubbly person who knew everyone and everyone knew her. If you met her once you never forgot her because she had such a big personality.
“She always had a smile which would brightened up a room. She was quick witted and good at comebacks.
“She was always reliable and could be called upon at any time of day and would be there in a flash to lend a helping hand.
“She will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege to know her.”

Ms. Cleary’s cremation service will take place at Roselawn Cemetery, Belfast at 1.30 tomorrow (Friday).
