A 53-YEAR-OLD man caught using his mobile phone while driving in Enniskillen has been fined £60.
Joseph Keenan, of Lawnakilla Park, Enniskillen, was charged with using a hand-held mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle at Head Street on October 23 last year.
The defending solicitor entered a guilty plea on behalf of her client at Fermanagh Magistrates Court on Monday.
Further charges of not having a driving licence and failing to produce a driving licence were withdrawn by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
Deputy district judge, Brian Archer, also imposed a £15 offender levy and endorsed the defendant’s driving licence with three penalty points.
