The Fermanagh Junior side lost out 2-0 to their neighbours Tyrone in the Vase semi-final at Broughshane today.

Two second half goals, one in added on stoppage time at the end of the game, from Adam Young separated the teams at the final whistle.

Denzil McDaniel's young team will now play County Antrim in the 3rd/4th place play-off in Scroggy Road, Limavady on Friday with an 11.00am kick-off.

Perhaps the exertions of their thrilling fightback yesterday against Swindon Town came back to hurt the Junior team in a tight and competitive game.

There was nothing between the teams in the opening half as the game remained deadlocked 0-0 at the break.

Six minutes into the second half, Tyrone broke the deadlock, Adam Young breaking through and rounding Fermanagh keeper Jamie Morrow to score.

And, it was Young who sealed the game, in stoppage time at the end of the game as he fired home a good free kick to put Tyrone into the Vase final against Dublin's Cherry Orchard with Fermanagh playing County Antrim.
