Cancer Fund for Children representative, Rebecca Oates is pictured with Irvinestown Primary School principal, Leah Abbott and pupils, Matthew Armstrong and Niamh Carrigan.
The school raised £880.90 for the charity as a result of taking part in the ‘Presents for Pounds’ initiative, where teachers encouraged others, instead of buying them presents, to make a small donation to the Cancer Fund for Children.
Staff and pupils of the school were delighted to have raised such a large amount for such a worthy cause.
